    When will I recieve my order?

    Most items can be made and shipped within 2 weeks of each order, with many shipped within a week.  Please remember that most orders are "made to order" for each customer.  During times of heavy ordering, such as the winter months and holidays, orders may be delayed.  All customers will be notified by email when their ordered item(s) have been shipped and if their is any delay. 


    How will I receive my order?

    We ship most items through United States Postal Service Priority Mail.  Orders will generally arrive  2-3 business days from the date of mailing.   All shipping costs include handling, insurance and tracking.  Customers will be emailed when their order has been shipped.   We are happy to ship to destinations outside the US.    Information about processing orders for international shipping can be found on our "International Shipping" link . International customers will be emailed with shipping information options.  International customers will be invoiced directly via Paypal after shipping arrangements have been made.  


    What are the shipping costs?

    Shipping costs are determined by the number of items in a single order.   Orders of 1 or 2 items will be charged a $5.00 shipping charge.   Shipping charges include handling, tracking & insurance.   Their are no charges for shipping or handling on orders of 3 or more items.   Shipping charges, when applicable, are added to each order at check out.



    Returns are for exchange only.  Exchanges are handmade specifically for each customer and will be shipped within the guidelines for all orders.  Customers must contact us by email to request an exchange by using our CONTACT US link and choosing "returns."   Unless the item has been damaged during shipping, customers returning an item for exchange are responsible for shipping costs .  Exchange requests will be honored within 30 days of mailing the initial order.  For down sizing an exchange, the customer will receive a refund through Paypal.  Extra charges for larger sizing an exchange will be invoiced directly to the customer by email through PayPal before the hat is made.  Shipping charges for exchanges will apply as for all orders.
