Head & Hat sizing can be tricky at times. I will gladly exchange your ordered hat for a larger hat with a better fit. Please refer to the detailed information about my Exchange Policy enclosed in your original order package. To initiate an exchange, please complete and submit the form below. Once submitted, I will email you with estimated processing & shipping times and provide you with a link so that you may print a return label which will cover the shipping costs. Please note that your Return for Exchange shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of original delivery by the Post Office (per tracking).
Please indicate the following info the message box below pertaining to your request for an Exchange:
1. Indicate the head circumference in inches of the final recipient of your order (you or someone else). Information about measuring head circumference is included in my Exchange Policy included in your original order shipment.
2. Tell me any other features that may effect the hat size desired such as thick, wavy or curly hair OR dreadlocks.
