Processing includes creation (if a custom order or size exchange is requested), packaging and preparation for shipping. Although I usually have orders ready to drop for shipping the next business day, please allow 1-5 business days because of unusual delays related to seasonal popularity, weather etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SHIPPING:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I use the US Postal Service Ground Advantage for shipping. Shipping, insurance and tracking costs are included in the price of your order. Once I have dropped your order at the US Post Office, I will email you again with the estimated date of delivery and tracking number. If your order has not arrived by the tracking number date, please email me (use the <a href=\"https:\/\/holstonhats.com\/luminate\/contact-us\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1914\">CONTACT<\/a> link) ASAP so I may contact the post office to open a search case. In over 20 years thousands of items, I have only had to open such a case twice &#8211; the post office has a pretty good track record for getting you your package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RETURNS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I welcome order returns for <strong>larger<\/strong> <strong>size<\/strong> <strong>exchange only.<\/strong> Please contact me ASAP after receiving your order if you wish to exchange for a larger size. Use the <a href=\"https:\/\/holstonhats.com\/luminate\/contact-us\/\">CONTACT<\/a> link and fill out the form for EXCHANGES. Detailed return instructions are included in each original order shipment. Once I receive your Exchange Form, I will email you a return label that should be taped securely to the package and will serve as payment for return shipping when you drop it off at the post office. Returns must be post marked within 30 days of receipt of the original order. Items returned for exchange must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. As with your original order, I will be in contact with you about your exchange regarding processing &amp; shipping times. Please note that while my hat descriptions indicate each hat is &#8220;one of a kind&#8221;, exchanges will result in a hat that will match the original order and processing times may be longer than usual since the exchange will be considered &#8220;made to order&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FEEDBACK:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I will not nag customers for reviews. Having said that, please know that reviews are important for building consumer trust and therefore building small businesses.
