I welcome order returns for size exchange only. Please contact me ASAP after receiving your order if you wish to exchange for a larger size. Use the CONTACT link and fill out the form for EXCHANGES. A return label is included in each order shipment which will serve to cover the cost of the return postage. Instructions for exchanges are included along with the return label with your original order. Returns must be post marked within 30 days of receipt of the original order. Items returned for exchange must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. As with your original order, I will be in contact with you about your exchange regarding processing & shipping times. Please note that while my hat descriptions indicate each hat is “one of a kind”, exchanges will result in a hat that will match the original order and processing times may be longer than usual since the exchange will be considered “made to order”.
