Their are no charges to the purchaser for shipping or handling of any order. Processing (handling & preparing your order for shipping) time is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). We use United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage service for shipping which includes insurance and package tracking and generally takes 3-5 days. We are not responsible for delays due to the USPS, or being provided the wrong address by the purchaser. Once the purchase transaction has completed, the customer will receive email confirmation of her/his order. Another email will be sent to the purchaser with the estimated processing time and a third once the package has been dropped for shipping which will provide USPS estimated date of delivery and tracking information.
